Seeking the televised version of "In My Neighborhood" (Jeff Moss, 1978) from Sesame Street, with the Anything Muppets. I've been listening to the "People In Your Neighborhood" album which has a version of this song, and it's a great song.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who noticed this.
I want you to take a fine look at this boxart for one of the upcoming Fraggle Rock season sets. Notice something strange about Philo and Gunge?
Are they rebuilt posers? They look rather off compared to their TV originals. Right away you...
Sorry for the delay, but here he is, Shakey Sanchez, Behemoth's victim in "I've Got You Under My Skin"
The icon looks a bit off, but it's the best I can do for now.
The whole Grover DVD thing sounds really nice, but there is already a Grover tribute DVD unfortunately. Then again, we could always use more Grover in this world. :super:
$10 or so sounds like a reasonable price for the DVD with the amount of content this supposed "Elmo the Musical" DVD has...
Late last night I was watching NBC. I noticed this cute little PSA with Elmo and Rosita singing about "the right way to sneeze," and I thought this was something new and worth posting about. Unfortunately, YouTube shows it's 3 years old. Well, it's funny to see they're still running it for this...
Oldie but goodie. Lots of wonderful inside jokes and humor (who doesn't love Boober's Hollywood businessman talk?) The song at the end sometimes almost chokes me up. I'm sure everyone's seen it by now though.
Hoping Henson Co. will put this in the new Fraggle Rock season rereleases. Doubtful...
There was one particular verse in the Sesame Street song "Ha Ha Ha" that nobody could get right.
One night I was submitting lyrics to a different lyrics website, Lyrics.com. I believe I've finally got the actual words down. I typed it by ear while listening to it slowed down...
Nice find Rugratskid! Had no idea that existed. My best guess is that the credits you found are exclusive for international syndication.
Only other credits I remember are from one of the early Elmo's World VHS releases, with the credits superimposed onto a montage of clips from the episodes on...
I have 3 versions of "What Makes Music"
Version from "60 Favorite Songs..." (Bob, Susan, Gordon, Mr. Hooper and Oscar)
Version from Sesame Disco (Big Bird, the Kids et al)
A televised version from either the 80s or 90s (Bob and the Kids)
Oh man, I'm sorry, I got the two of you mixed up... forgive me, it was early in the morning and I couldn't think straight.
A brief explanation on how I made my gifs:
I first create the frames in MS Paint, then I drop all the frames into the gif editor included in Photoscape.
I'm not sure if it's been mentioned yet but Vivendi has released the complete Fraggle Rock series on YouTube as pay-to-watch features ($29.99 per season, $1.99 per episode) If they would bring it back on Netflix that would be great, but it's only wishful thinking.
