I was starting to think that was the case. Not so much legal retribution, but rather fear that it could lead to it that lead the project to being unfinished. That said, it at least exists in script form. That's more than most lost, unproduced films ever get.

I have to check that out. I was on the fence about it, but it does look a lot better than Kid's Lucas Bros. Pickle and Peanut. I don't so much hate the show as just wonder why this is on Disney when it feels at least like a minor Nickelodeon series or Cartoon Network series from 2010 that...

Behold... the New Teen Titans Cartoon...

I noticed something. Some of the weaker episodes early on in the series share writers from Breadwinners. Gorilla was written by one of the co-Creators of that series. Now, I don't want to do the whole "I don't exactly hate Breadwinners" complicated thing, but I really think any episode of...

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

I forget what the circumstances exactly for Little Prince being pulled from theaters, but whatever the heck it is, it's the fault of the film distributor. Kubo excites the crap out of me, since Laika's a great studio with horridly underappreciated at the box office fare. Why, the film looks...

Behold... the New Teen Titans Cartoon...

Didn't have Blackfire speak either. It's one of the cases where I really don't mind much, since it's supposed to be a melee anyway. I think they totally should do an episode about the villains not talking, just felt like it would have cluttered the episode up.

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

Sounds like a not that bad idea for a TV cartoon, but a movie? Nah... sounds close to the already awful Space Chimps. Luckily most families held out until February and poured money into The Lego Movie. At least you got to see Will Arnett and Liam Nieson in a good kids' movie. Too bad that...

Behold... the New Teen Titans Cartoon...

Really like how this episode went Truman show into a blaze of meta glory. Overall, I liked the arc, some things could have been pushed further, the Dinosaur episode at least paid off in this one nicely. I'm very pleased with how this event played out.

    Where are the older humans?

What's worse is how outside media reported on this. Even more sensationalistic...and much, much later. I see it as no one really saying anything different than they did a few pages ago, and any attempt to cool a flame war down and or convince anyone otherwise is just pointless, and it'll just...

Sesame Street shrinks to 30 minutes, new shows will premiere on HBO and PBS nine months later

Sounds exactly like PBS's normal hijinx to me.

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

The Nut Job was the highest family film opening for a January release. But that was a very low bar. KFP 3's modest, not very successful 43 Million opening easily toppled it. Nut Job was lucky to be the only family movie released in January. I guess kids were sick of Frozen at the time.

    Most Annoying TV Series Ever?

Okay. Know what show is incredibly anooying, but it has nothing to do with the show's content? Dragonball Kai. Insomuch as, the original Japanese version of the show stops at the end of the Cell arc because of ratings or wanting to put Toriko in the time slot or whatever. But well after it...

Behold... the New Teen Titans Cartoon...

That really made up for the lost opportunity the Lost World episode was. I especially loved how Cyborg's wish was supposed to end in an ironic, angry bitterness, but he was just so happy to see Beast Boy succeed, it undermined Robin's valuable lesson. And loved that Starfire's was an...

    The Steven Universe thread

That was a pretty heart breaking one. I really wish Bismuth would have stayed along with the team. On the other hand, at least Bismuth realized that Steven was at least willing to be open to telling the rest of the gems that her paranoia and extreme hate of Homeworld was detrimental to the...

    Dark Crystal Funko Pops? MMmmHHmmmMM!

These were just released, and they look incredibly detailed in person. Easily the best looking Pop figures ever made.

Positive and Negative: Elmo In Grouchland

You...you realize the movie is essentially a toy commercial, right? Elmo's success sold the idea of a movie, not the other way around. I highly doubt a movie all about Big Bird would have come hot of the heels of the Tickle me Elmo craze. I highly doubt there would have even been a second...

    Where are the older humans?

She came at a time when Indian characters in a TV show were bumbling buffoons with accents that make Apu from The Simpsons look realistic and subtle. There was this one show that was downright terrible, I think the Farley Bros produced it, and it lasted a month. I don't want to say this was a...

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

The article also refers to an Ice Age Live show that I've never heard of, and those are based on popular movies. The Nut Job barely made back anything but was considered a success because its budget was cartoon TV show episode low. It's not a well known or well liked movie. Just one that was...

    Where are the older humans?

I'd say that's a "THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO TELL YOU!!!" situation. Sure, Bob et al are old time cast members, but Susan was there with Bob and the second of 4 Gordons, and Gina's been on and off the show for some time now. And i have to admit, even though she seems to have left on her...

Positive and Negative: Elmo In Grouchland

...so a movie about Elmo's awful because it's about Elmo? sounds legit.
