This is just another ill-advised, unenforceable, destined-to-fail bit of legislation. It just tells me how little the people who drafted it up, who clearly wanted to get into the news on a hot-button issue, understand the Internet. I can't take it seriously.
Awww, gawrsh! I'm flattered that you've enjoyed my creative output enough to neglect your real-life obligations. And, yes, Disneyworld is major life event. It sure would be if I went, anyway. ;)
Wembley is so much fun to draw, even though I can't get his hair right to save my life. ("Has...
Thankee! Janken has been telling them about Scooter, and they can see how much happier he's been since he found a "special friend" in the outside world. The parental units, anyway. Sage is just glad to see her big bro--who she will someday clobber for real if she doesn't give up Enzotackling...
Heh. Every time I visit my sister I sleep in my niece's room. My 8-year-old niece. Who is completely crackers over Bieber. So her room is wallpapered with Bieber. I have to sleep with Bieber staring at me from every angle. Think of that and pity me.
Huh. I used to love Toonami, But I'm still hurtin' from what they did to ReBoot and He-Man and the Masters of The Universe. Even if I had cable, I'd be wary of a Toonami revival because of their track record.
The title is based on wacky wallwalkers, a toy I remember from my childhood, and The Wacky Races, a Hanna-Barbera cartoon. Rumple (the Fraggle who kept losing bets to Boober in Wembley and The Great Race) is the one who fell. Poncle is the blonde/brown Fraggle. The green one is... I dunno...

Gobo Fraggle led Janken, Scooter, and Skeeter through a series of twisty little tunnels. Skeeter noticed signs of habitation before Scooter did: the cave floor became smooth, worn down by generations of Fraggle feet. As...
I'm a longtime SGC2C/CP fan. As proof, I'm the creator of the website Brak's Scrapbook, if that means anything to ya.
I no longer have cable. I cut it off after Comcast ticked me off one too many times and the Cartoon Network "Adult Swim" lineup went from goofy to just plain vulgar. So, I...
Perhaps they simply didn't rebuild every single minor character that only a few Wiki-reading Muppet fans could recognize, let alone name. They had to make room in the budget for things other than puppets.
Scooter may not be much of a guitar player, but he does have one skill that is practically a requisite for Muppethood: the ability to make a disaster entertaining. If you're messin' up, mess up funny, get the audience on your side! As for Fraggles, I don't think they regard music as a...
That was an acoustic guitar, and I don't know if I could exactly call it competent. My mother is a musician--she plays flute and piccolo, but has a guitar too--and I showed her that skit and asked her about the musicianship. She couldn't seem to wrap her head around the idea of my asking about...
Count, I have the first two. E-mailing 'em now.
EDIT: Crud, I don't have the cord from my MP3 player with me. I'll mail them to you this evening if nobody beats me to it.
<skips over pages of political bickering that I've already read in too many other threads>
I thought this was a very touching video. Thanks, Disney. I'm going to point it out to some friends.
Oh! I think he played a lute "fast and looth" as Alan-A-Dale in the Lynn Redgrave episode. I'll have to rewatch that tonight. (Like I need an excuse?)
What I'm trying to figure out is if it is believable that Scooter would be competent with any musical instrument, or if he should just stick...
I heard that Jim Henson passed while riding on the bus from one college class to another. The bus had a radio on, and it was announced there. I got teary-eyed on the spot. I still do, remembering that day.
Ah, someone knew what I was talking about with cargo cults! I love cultural studies, and that is one of the most interesting cases I've seen of culture clash. Whenever I see Manny's Land of Carpets I think of cargo cults, and I'm glad they finally came to their senses and got rid of the radio...
Y'know what would make me happy? An MP3 of Six String Orchestra, sung by Scooter in the 4th season of TMS. That would make me happy. Does anyone who wants me to be happy have it?
Thank you!
How would you guess Boober would react to finding surface dwellers in Fraggle Rock? One of which is his kid's boyfriend, no less? ;)
I'm looking forward to it too! Here's a slight spoiler: it just might involve swimming.
