As long as it didn't become a bad influence on viewers like the banned clip did, it was probably OK to do it a second time.
Regarding the little incident with your TV, and having to hear Elmo laugh like that for a minute...
That would have scared the living daylights out of me!
This YouTube user just posted a mudslide of Classic Clips today. Now, sure the majority of these are HQ versions or re-posts of clips we've seen quite a few times, but there are quite a few rarities that I'm pretty sure a lot of us haven't seen until now!
Check it out...
I don't think we necessarily need another film- for now at least. The way I see it, the 2011 film became a huge hit by many people, whether they were Muppet fans or not, so it made a lot of sense to go for making another film. When it was officially confirmed that there would be another film...
Yeah, that's the thing these days. Whenever a DVD and BluRay is released, all the awesome bonus features are put on the BluRay just to make people buy that instead of the DVD. On another note, which cartoon did they include?
Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Snow White (along with the 7 Dwarfs), Belle, the Beast, Chip Potts Cup, Mrs. Potts Tea, the Genie, Aladdin, Princess Jasmine, the Magic Carpet, Stitch, the Mad Hatter (of all Alice in Wonderland characters...), Rabbit (of all Winnie the Pooh characters...), Peter Pan...

Yeah, again, those tapes are so rare that people just choose to sell them at high prices. Occasionally, they'll pop up online for a cheap price- a couple months ago someone was selling Fozzie's Muppet Scrapbook for $5+free shipping on eBay, and just when I was able to get a hold of some spare...
I see what you mean about ordering them online. Those tapes are so rare, that people choose to sell them at such a high price! Occasionally if you're lucky enough, people will sell them at a good price (last year, I was lucky enough to purchase Muppet Treasures and Rock Music for decent prices...
I was 8 months when it aired, and my mom taped it then. As I mentioned before, I wasn't too fond of this special when I was 3- I would always run out of the room crying whenever we watched it. My mom thinks it was because of how harsh Mr. Grump was overall, or the way he yelled at everyone...
