I don't think schedules would be a problem since these are filmed in a block and Steve was there for Rizzo anyway. I think Kermit would have been a great host if the Swedish Chef didn't work out. Kids should be seeing that he is the leader of the Muppet gang.
Here's why. The Muppets are all these beautiful puppets, some with some really complex details, others a little simpler, but always with a big personality behind them. Angelo, is far far more basic, and completely different to the others - yet they have put him with them, and up front as the...
Totally, you may be right. I honestly can't imagine it having been any worse with the Swedish Chef though or not working - unless maybe Cora just couldn't cope without having a "straight" (er) guy to play off. But then Kermit can fill that role usually, or sometimes Gonzo.
I like the series...
I disagree totally. The Muppet is bland, it has no personality, its not funny, it looks like a whatnot.
... and i'd probably say the same for Cat Cora too, lol.
I totally applaud them for doing a web cookery show. Cookery is very "in" right now, its a great way for children to see the...
OMG Beau, thats official Jim Henson Company licensed product .. blasphemey! lol :D
Yeah i loved Iver's little quirks and looks - he's a complex fella. Iver and Groove was a great pairing - the original puppeterring team was John Eccleston and Don Austen who had worked together as The Wolves...
I really loved the Hoobs, it had a great puppeteering and writing team behind it. It's just hiliariously funny in places, loadsa jokes that were more snuck in there for all the English students that used to watch it too. It got a bit of a cult following. I really like the music element, were...
The thing that strikes me from that thread is that so many people love the Muppets and are getting excited - brilliant!
I guess they will do a kermit puppet version of the full body interactive Mickey
Oh thats cool, i'm glad they were able to carry on. Maybe we might see them this year then, you never know.
I'm watching a bit of it on the web streaming.
Same here ... they really need to either highlight any drama in neon or release a "catch up" dvd. :insatiable:
Actually it sounds more exciting, i feel like im only getting half the MC experience lol
Guys, think maybe get in touch with the mods and make sure his account is disabled as a precaution so people looking at his posts and not realising whats happened can't PM or email him and ending up in the same situation. At least until he resolves whats going on.
I'm not sure what the deal...
