I got the description from ssetta. According to him (and a few others who have the episode), Jack's tired of jumping over the candlestick, so he tries jumping over other objects.

If you mean the "Swimming Penguins" film, I'd say Joe wrote it during the first season (but it's a complete guess). I don't know if Noggin has showed it.
Thought I might add on to this; they all wore blue sweaters and held sticks with either a "Z" or a card with a "Z" on it.
The lavendar one had orange hair and a green nose; the blue one had brown hair with an orange nose; the green one had short brown hair and a pink nose; and the orange one...
Contrary to your belief, all of those songs have been covered by Sesame Street during its first season. I own this album, and the back cover even has a list of what episodes they appear in. Among the more well-known songs (found on "Unpaved") are "Mah Na Mah Na", "Good Morning Starshine"...
A few years ago, Warrick created a site concerning the old puppets produced in 1973. Most had hard rubber heads, and included Ernie, Bert, Guy Smiley, and even an Anything Muppet. His old site covered these puppets, as well as their packaging. They're some of my old favorite Muppet merchandise.
