Yhis was my favorite old sketch

That can be found in episode #276, the third season premiere. It is also the very first "Grover the Waiter" sketch. What's really great is when Frank has Grover mumbling about the mistake. ("See? You can't have everything!" "First a 'Y', then a 'Z',...") Lol!

The Count Still Needs Urgent Help!

Xerus can help you with that, since he brought up the character, and has a very good memory of older clips.

There's a picture in "The Works" of (I think) Jim Belushi talking with Leo (with glasses) from the Muppet Meeting films. Does anybody know which episode this appears in?

What sketches scared you as a kid?

That's "Alphabet Chat", where a Muppet named Lord Chatterly discussed letters of the alphabet while chaos swarmed around him (either by his guests or other Muppets coming in).

The Count Still Needs Urgent Help!

A Muppet version was created on the "Elmo's Lowdown Hoedown" album, but Elmo and Big Bird performed it.

Searching for sketches with Frank and Stein

That one can be found in #1576. At the end of the sketch, the one who played the trumpet lulled the other head with a lullaby--and fell asleep himself.

    TMS Script- Rex Harrison

What about Lily Tomlin? She's worked with the Muppets many times, but never was a guest on the show. And there were two more guests that were proposed to appear during the fourth season, but never did: Robin Williams and Cher.

    Who said this line?

That was Miss Piggy from "VMMCM". Who said: "Big Mac!"
