Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
What's throwing me off though is that there are entries for things including shoothing spots for Southern Bread and a VTR presentation in 1987. All they have are the titles of those posts and nothing else. No text, pictures, or videos. What is that supposed to mean anyway?
Here is what I look forward in seeing for this season:
-Anything with Big Bird (he's my absolute favorite on the show :wisdom:)
-Super Grover 2.0
-Count TV
-The episode where Bert tries to find a rare pigeon :(
-Ironing Monster
So far it sounds like everything is pretty good for this year.
Once again, the Henson Company has pulled out all the stops this year, not just with the surprising DVD releases, but with a new feature on their website. Enjoy. :)
Personally I see it from both sides of the issue. There are of course worse things in life than what is shown on television. But it's probably better to try and keep things down a notch so they do not create too much of a problem. It's not as if Sesame Workshop is trying to give into political...
Her craftsmanship is truly one of a kind. She is among one of the top puppet builders in the Muppet workshop, along with people such as Don Sahlin, Kermit Love, Caroly Wilcox, Rollie Krewson, and Ed Christie. Of course, there are many other great builders involved with the Muppets, but these are...
I certainly hope that you're doing okay D.W. Right now I'm not interested in any of the Palisades Muppet stuff, but I just hope hope you manage to sell a lot of what you have. Let us know how it works out.
I don't think anyone got the account. It was mentioned on the discussion board on the Muppet Wiki, but that was back in 2006 that they were posted. Hopefully that guy who posted it is reading this discussion.
I apologize about the length of it. They're only suggestions and it doesn't matter that you don't have all of them. You just let me know what works best for you.
Are you putting your stuff on ebay now? Let me know if you got my PM a few days ago. Thanks again. I'm hoping that everything works out for you D.W. God bless.
I saw that as well. It's a very nice article. There are just so many wonderful things in that special, I just don't know how else I can manage to get a copy. I know that they were originally posted on youtube.com, but why that person took it off before I had a chance to even look at it is such a...
He is beyond that. He is truly one of the most remarkable puppeteers on the planet. If I could spend an entire day talking with him, I would be happier than ever before, so to speak.:wisdom::wisdom::wisdom:
If you also want to email me, my address is pns1@comcast.net. Hope you got my message yesterday. Like I said, if you don't have any of the things I asked about, just let me know what else you have and I'll see what I can do. Thanks again and stay strong.
