XERUS'S VOICE ARTIST FOCUS:
Today's V/A focus is that 1983 Disney Christmas classic, Mickey's Christmas Carol, where Mickey and the gang tell the tale of the famous Charles Dickens story. This would be the first time Alan Young would voice Uncle Scrooge and then continue to do so in shows...
XERUS'S VOICE ARTIST FOCUS:
After reading wwfpooh's report about Billie Mae Richards from my last V/A focus. I decide to make Billie today's focus. Yes, Billie was famous for voicing the famous red nosed reindeer in 3 Rankin/Bass specials. As well as characters in other classic R/B...
My top ten favorite TV specials are...
1. Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
2. Frosty the Snowman
3. Santa Claus is Coming to Town
4. Muppet Family Christmas
5. How the Grinch Stole Christmas
6. The Year Without a Santa Claus
7. Jack Frost
8. Christmas Eve on Sesame Street
9. Jim Henson's The...
Yes, Rankin/Bass did a King Kong series and some sites say that Billie had voiced Billy Bond, that little boy. But I haven't seen the series though.
Also, there was this classic R/B series called Tales of the Wizard of Oz and Alfie Scoop voiced the Scarecrow, Larry D. Mann voiced the Tin...
What I remember about that skit was Kermit talking about between. He had a table, a table cloth, a Bealtes Record, a donut, and a ping pong ball all stacked up. He was explaining the different things that were between each other. Then came Beautiful Day Monster. He ate the ping pong ball...
XERUS'S VOICE ARTIST FOCUS:
Since the holidays are coming up, today's V/A focus is that traditional Christmas classic, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, from that great cartoon studio that makes neat TV cartoons and wonderful animated holiday specials, Rankin/Bass. Sam the Snowman, who was the...
I really like Roddy's performances on the Chuck Jones cartoon special, The White Seal. He was the narrator, along with all the other male characters while June Foray did the mother seal and the white seal as a baby. You can find The White Seal on youtube.
I liked that show too. It had a funny cast of characters and neat original educational songs. It reminds me of The Electric Company.
And I noticed they had this group of kids who like to annoy historical figures, just like how the Warners do on Animaniacs.
Thank you for sharing this list. :)
Yes, it does seem like the Courage series uses a lot of veteran voice artists. The late Lionel Wilson also voiced the classic Tom Terrific cartoon series as well as narrators for HBO Braingames like the Safari Solitare announcer and Chuck Roast the...
Yes, that Soccermania special didn't have any voice credits in the end. So I had to look them up in an animation book. And I was surprised that Will ended up voicing Scrooge while Alan Young did Scrooge in Mickey's Christmas Carol. And I thought Gyro sounded a lot like Rabbit when I heard him...
I'm really sorry to hear that. Yes, I learned that it's important to save. One time, Dad took the computer to the shop to get it upgraded and I lost the chapters to one of the very first fanfics I've written because I didn't know about saving and had to start all over again. I was thankful I...
Yes, I agree. All that work to make great stories and to have them disappear like that is heartbreaking. Do you have your stories saved in your computer? Maybe you can find another fanfic site.
Yes, that was the episode. All that Randy really wanted to do was carve wooden reindeer and make a wooden reindeer shop. But I don't know who really did Randy's voice though.
I remember in a magazine, the show's creator, Jim Jinkins, said that Doug is different from most cartoons. It's a nice show about a nice kid. And parents are sure to prefer it if their kids would want to imitate Doug rather than a Ninja Turtle or Bart Simpson.
I have my own fanfiction.net account and I've written a few fanfics that are mostly Muppets, anime, Hanna-Barbera, and Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.

I'm really sorry your fanfics got deleted, Snowthy. I wanted to post my old Battle of the Muppet...
