I didn't notice this until sadly around 5:00.. I would've done a Muppet movie marathon in his honor. But, well, tomorrow, I'll read Jim Henson: The Biography and watch Muppet movies.

Oh, c'mon, it needs to be said somewhere! Today, we celebrate the birthday of the master that created MC. The genius that was the founder of this fantastic site. In my opinion, he deserves high praise. I think we need a thread to celebrate this occasion. Happy birthday, Phillip!

I'm being really ambitious right now, but Jim was always ambitious and he got his way a lot. Right? If they did make a new Muppet convention, I think it should be sort of reminiscent of Comic Con, except it would be called Muppet Con!!!!! It would be held every year, and it would be an event...

I say, we do it.. And, in typical Muppet fashion, it should be held at one of the landmark Muppet places in the world. Heck, we could even have it held at The Jim Henson Company, if they let us! No, no.... It could be held in everyone's dream Muppet place to go to... FRANK OZ'S HOUSE!!!!!!! (...

Speaking of Star Wars, I think that there has to be about a page or two about the cast of Star Wars on The Muppet Show in your book about George Lucas. And, hopefully, we find some pages about Jim and George's collobaration on Labyrinth.
