I think one of the most amazing moments in Chowder was when the characters ended up losing their animation money and they actually show the voice artists and they have a live action adventure. Something like that is hardly ever done in cartoons.

Parents and teachers seem to complain about certain popular CN shows. They're worried that Chowder might encourage childhood obesity. And they think Codename, Kids Next Door might make kids want to rebel against their parents and elders. But I think it's good that CN is making cartoons like...
Thanx for the link, Dr. Tooth. :) I really liked the Math Patrol a lot. About a detective named Sidney who always has to wear a kanagroo suit for it was the only disguise he can fit in. I like how Sidney always solves crimes using math problems and I like the math songs they always sing in...
I like how at first, Benny refuses to join in the others' fun. But eventually, he always gives in and starts having a good time.
I also like when Benny starts a friendship with Stinky the Stinkweed. They make a great comedy duo. Stinky with his low self esteem and Benny always feels like...
I like the skits where characters end up imitating Simon's sound talents. Like when the hardware store manager made a cash register sound, or the music store manager started sounding like a band, and when Ernie made a telephone sound and a slamming door sound. And how when Simon was singing to...
Thank you. Since I grew up on the scary 70's Sesame Street, all of my dreams and nightmares had a lot to do with Sesame Street.
Another weird SS dream I had was based on the cartoon about a boy who was lost and was in a weird town of buildings and creatures. In my dream, all of the...
Yes, I was wondering about that.
There was also a skit where Herry was won as a prize in Dialing For Prizes Movie. Only his role in here is a growling monster. I wonder if it was a different monster who looked like Herry?
I remember in a classic skit where Cookie Monster and Herry were singing, UP and DOWN. Herry had a different voice for he was voiced by Jim Henson at that time.
Then they made a revised version of this skit with Jerry Nelson singing for Herry.
One of my most favorite Herry moments was...
When I was around 10 and a teenager, I kept liking Sesame Street a secret from my schoolmates. But when I became an adult, I've had a couple of co-workers who liked Sesame Street too. Mainly because they enjoy it with their kids.
And Sesame Street Old School is a DVD series made for adults...
Here's a site that talks about the great educational and instructional weekday shows that were on PBS. Does anyone recognize any of these?

The Electric Company, Readalong, and The Letter People were all about reading. I believe there is room for more than one reading show. As long as they're educational and entertaining and fun as well.
I once sent an e-mail to Maurice LaMarche and he replied back. When I asked him if he voiced certain characters in Attack of the Killer Tomatoes like Tomato Guy, he was impressed that I could spot his voices. :)
XERUS’S VOICE ARTIST FOCUS:
Today’s V/A focus is that popular cartoon from Cartoon Network, Chowder. About a kid who wants to be a chef in a magic land, but always eats everything in sight. This cartoon has interesting stories, funny drawn characters, weird names for food, and many cool...
I don't remember the French ones, but I remember this one where the characters spoke both English and Spanish. The Spanish speaking character was a giant man in a dog suit. But I can't remember the name of the show though.
Cover to Cover was about a man named John Robbins telling us...
Slim's still around? I'd like to see this new show of his. I remember he had a superhero show on Captain Kangaroo and how he did 1 or 2 minute exercise commercials on classic Nickelodeon along with his PBS shows. Here's a song from Slim Goodbody back during the early 80's...
