They are aiming for a May/April TV airing and then a DVD/VHS release shortly afterwards. It all depends what else is in the Wonderful World of Disney line-up for the year, and when they finish in post-production.
I like how the description on the site for central casting is "Central Casting is your source for information about all the Muppet characters." I would hardly call 23 of the core-character all of the Muppets (there are tons and tons missing), plus that's not much of a range. Show me Nigel, Pops...
Contact HIT! Entertainment about this one, they are the ones with the distrubution rights, they would be the ones who could release if they feel there is a demand for it.
When they go up I'll review them and update my stance. But as of now, I am not that impressed with the content of the site. (I am still in awe of the look and media though)

They made Muppets Tonight and Aliens in the Family, there were talks of some more projects. But when Aliens in the Family tanked its first season, and Muppets Tonight never got past a second season, they decided not to move on with other projects.
