I must say Leela's opening show was just classic SS at work, I mean even :grouchy:moment was funny and predictable. Just Classic SS, although :insatiable: coming in was kind of expected, but it was also great to see him again. Although is it just me or did Cookie's voice sounded a little...

I didn't notice that, but I think I can understand. Still it would be nice to see a mixture of old and new to statisfy all fans of the show. :(

I caught it just before I went off to work today and I must say I was surprised to see Murray in the Street story. :) All together however I must say this may be the start of an exciting season to Sesame Street, and that close to it's 40th anniversary too.

Okay here's my idea.... Abby learns about Sesame Street... It's basically the plot of "Big Bird Sings," but with a little less songs and more memories of the past and it does feature Abby and Big bird in a Student/teacher sort of way. Another idea of my is called... Sesame Street 40...

You know we could have a show which just foucsing on Abby learning more about Sesame Street from Big Bird's scrapbook of memories. Or Kermit could return to the show and notice the changes that the street has undergo for the past several years. Still this is a good idea for a 40 anniversary...

I mean we are just one season away from Sesame Street 40th season. So should there be a special focusing on :) return to the Street and noticing the changes on the show from then to now ?
