Thanks, DW! You just made my day, possibly my year!
Anyone seen which other monsters have been rebuilt? (Or where to find the interview with Cooper in which he mentions Uncle Deadly?)

Bobo was his sidekick in the original draft. With Jerry retired, I wonder who'll perform him. (And who knew Bobin was more of a Muppet freak than Segel? Segel seemed to rival even US!)
You wouldn't happen to have a link to that photo? Last photos I saw were of the adorable Amy Adams in...
Can someone direct me to this list of the minor characters who are in, monsters in particular? For instance, I read the original draft and didn't see Uncle Deadly in it anywhere.

*and the Mutations*
*and just about all the other monsters*

And it's official!

She's in negotiations, as are Rashida Jones to play an ABC executive, and (DRUMROLL) Chris Cooper as the oil tycoon villain!
Chris Cooper + Muppets = unexpected but anticipated
David...
Surprised no one else has posted the scoop yet.
Though the size of the role isn't mentioned, she is mentioned as being courted to 'star alongside' Jason Segel as the film's human protagonist.
The 'she' in question is... Amy Adams!
Hope this comes to be!

I do, too, but don't you kind of wish they had used that as the CLOSING number instead? IMO, would've made more sense to start with "When I Need You", since they did it up comedic and it shows a nice 'entrance' for the guest star, and end with the most energetic number in the show. Just my two...
There's probably a pre-existing thread for this already out there, but it's late and I don't want to spend the time looking for it.
I'll start the ball rolling with my one name: AMY ADAMS!
'Nuff said.

Uncle Deadly has a tail, according to an artist rendering (from which source, I know not) and the action figure. Never pictured him with a tail, or talons for that matter, based on the puppet.

Going to manually multi-quote this:
Wow, you've got a good memory, Duke! As you can see, Carl has grown on me. My distaste for Carl started before I had seen the Sherlock Holmes sketch from the Joel Grey episode of TMS, wherein Gorgon Heap eats not only Miss Piggy (disproving my theory that...
My thoughts too. Absolutely reminded me of "I've Got You Under My Skin". Seems like a perfect opening # for a new TMS, more so than the other web videos. Easy to imagine the curtain opening on the scene before Carl hops out, a regular S & W comment afterward (maybe the same one, just in the...
I was thinking about that the other night after watching "Boober's Quiet Day", the way Tosh would just gently nudge Boober toward acquiescing to a request she hadn't yet made -- kind of passive-aggressive, wasn't she? Similarly in "A Tune for Two" she gingerly approaches Boober and so daintily...
Sugith Varughese, the writer behind such episodes as "The Beast of Bluerock", "Sir Hubris and the Gorgs", "Home is Where the Trash Is" and "Sprocket's Big Adventure", to name a few, has a blog about writing, found here. He's always looking for new topics, so questions about writing for FR may...
Figured they'd have the ability to do it, what with having created Season 4 discs already; also figured correctly that they'd stick with the same color scheme as they did on the series set (blue for S1, purple S2, green S3, red S4).
I wasn't in a position to buy the whole series set, so I'm...
Although I didn't plan it this way, all the songs in this episode are from the same album... released in 1990, 12 years after the setting of this episode. Oh well. Here's a link to the album.
