Fraggle Rock Complete Series Collection coming this fall

If it comes to having to buy a box set and if I can afford it, I'll try to donate my previous sets to my library or something similar, so something good can come out of it. :) Also I wouldn't discount Netflix yet as a possibility.

Classic Clips on SST Workshop's Site

Thanks for posting! It's fantastic how the classic clips are finally finding a (legit) home, hehe. I hope parents and kids are inspired to watch together. :)

I Heart the 50s... and Lucy...

Yeah even though it was actually a very liberal statement to make. Go figure! PC has gotten so confused people don't know what's going on anymore!

    The RHLC!

I resent being forced to dress up, only if I really want to. I'm so sensitive, anything feels uncomfortable, especially shoes, lol. And it's true, acting groups can sometimes be very petty and clique-ish. You're very lucky if you can find a more humble group that's secure in its talents...

What do you really want to see from the Classic Muppets?

Oh yeah, I wouldn't want the cursing or "nothing is sacred" feeling, no, hehe. But if they can be clever and socially relevant like South Park, that would be great too. :) Humor's a complicated thing I guess! ;)

    The RHLC!

Hehe, I tried on Adidas in the store recently; I was broken hearted to see they didn't really look right on me, lol. Though, I guess following my own personal style is in the same spirit. :flirt: It's so inspiring to hear about people like Richard who were so free and followed their own style...

    The RHLC!

Nicely said! :) Although, there are a lot of people who aren't remembered anymore because of time or ignorance, heh, but those people still matter. Of course, perhaps what really matters is the legacy and influence a person had, not just if people remember their name. They say every person would...

I Heart the 50s... and Lucy...

I found a DVD of the Howdy Doody show the other day, wow! I was surprised, it really was a sweet and clever show. Funny and with good values, I felt inspired to make a difference in the world, hehe. The characters were endearing and great chemistry together, even with the string puppets! I can...

What do you really want to see from the Classic Muppets?

All I can say is, I'd like to see adult humor, as opposed to immature humor.

    The RHLC!

It was very touching how Jane apparently said it feels like Richard is around again. I'd like to think our little (or heh not so little) thread also contributed to that in the universe. :) It was interesting how they kept mentioning someone who is trying to write a book. I hope that goes...

The MuppetCast - Show #70 - Live from New Jersey

I wonder if that Beaker was the one Richard wanted to take home again after the Muppet Show, hmm. I was quite interested to hear about this mysterious author who's trying to write a book on the Muppets, lol. Whoever it is, good luck to him/her! Include lots of pictures, lol.

    Too old for Sesame Street

Well that's true too, New York City hasn't changed much. But the show is trying to focus on the more well to do areas of the country. A yuppie was like a wealthy young business person in the '80s who was materialistic and concerned with success.
