Way ahead of ya...already planning to have each one have the movie logo somewhere on the package...similar to MFS Fozzie but a little different than that. Actually, expect the packaging to change quite a bit. That MFS logo was on the front of the Fozzie, by the way.

To me, the fully costumed variations make a lot more sense than, say, a Kermit with a Banjo. That is more of an exclusive fodder. But you'd have to promise to buy 15,000 of each in order for me to make you any guarantees. Dog pound probably not likely. Was only one or two scenes...hard to...

I answered this there but only briefly. I disagree about doing movie specific lines. It creates a problem with retail buyer perception. You have a successful Muppet line, then come out with a separate line, for arguments sake, called Muppets From Space. The buyer now has two different lines to...

Thanks for the comments on Link. Glad everybody is digging him. What are the donut-shaped wedges on his shoulders? Part of his costume...retro shoulder pad thingamajigs. What are the ropecords holding up his belt and gloves? Rubber bands holding the torso and pelvis pieces together...

Re: a quick Link question for Ken Interesting Daily Bit today showing Micronaut production. Question: Why the age grade disclaimer of "Serious Collectors Only 18 and Up" on that last figure? Is that a joke or is it really serious? What is it about this toy that makes it "not a toy"? Because...

Re: TOMY Yeah that sounds about right. They are 5 buckes here...so the mark-up is consistent.

Vacation Fozzie will be carded. So will the Crash Helmet Gonzo. Most of the ones after that will be boxed, as most are for shows. It really depends on what the retailer wants. They can choose if they want blister or boxed, while the show exclusives, since they are our choice, will be boxed.

These are an Asian market item, so they aren't for sale in the US, although you can technically get anything over the net these days. Check out some pics of these really great little PVC pieces here. Some actually have a couple of points of articulation. Use the Next button to see more of them...

Count, Those ideas are interesting, but I would have to look at it from a marketing perspective, and have more anchor characters in each line. Some of your line-ups are a bit obscure to the casual fan. Also, we have royalties to pay on the movie licenses...so you would have to have a lot more...

Those look very cool but there's just way too many of them(TOMY Disney Magical Collection)! Aren't there something like 35 of different figures??? That's the beauty of it! And they are probably going to make more than that, and thus it is a nice beefy collection. Please say that there...

Ken: >>>Right now this is what I have...although this very well might change. Working on something that might be packed ONLY with the in case Rizzo Repaint<<< Aw, could this be a possible extra character packin?(penguin, chicken, etc?) No...if it does happen it isn't a character. Ken...

Like the other repaints, it will just be repainted. EB Piggy was an exclusive...slight differences on those, not on the straight up in case chase fig.

No, the third thing has not been announced yet. Don't expect to until Toy Fair 2003. As for the pit band, that is an awfully large amount of characters to fit into one set...pricey indeed. I can't say we would never do it, but odds would be unlikely. Who knows? To me, the EM guys in their...

I was just wondering, you know that "Dr. Bunsen Hunnydew and Chef's pizza paste" design for the box I suggested a little while back, is that still being considered in any way? I think it's a good idea, but I won't know anything about what might go on the box until I get back and talk it over...
