So, is anyone 100% confirmed going to these movies (MCers, not puppeteers)? We should all meet up at the screening like that whole little group we had at the Cinema Arts Centre (maniacal muppet, you should know what I'm talking about).
This a bit of an unusual request, but I'm seeking a song from the credits of Doug's 1st Movie ("Someone Like Me" by Michael Africk). Someone uploaded a video of the song on YouTube but it's really bad quality and I can hardly understand what he is singing. So anyone can help me out, that'd be...
Really? I had no idea. I only go down to Orlando during President's Week. I can understand Bear being difficult to perform out in the Florida sun for a while considering you need to really keep him moving a lot, since he's really half puppet-half walk around.
But I agree with what a lot of...
Well, isn't that just Smurfy? But I'll pass, the only HB toons I care about are Huck, Quick Draw, Yogi, Flintstones and Top Cat (and Jetsons and the others 3 6-minute shorts shows, to a certain extent).
Too bad Unicef totally pwned them.
Another epic joke, this one actually has a punchline:
Once upon a time, in a far-off land, there was an ice cream truck driver named Bob. Everyone in the neighborhood knew when Bob's truck was driving by because of the giant inflatable clown head...
Ah, I only went in once but I still thought it was decent, but I still really miss the old BitBBH show that was in there before Playhouse Disney, back in 2000, a day at MGM wasn't complete for me without getting to MuppetVision and Bear. :)
It would awesome if they had the Bear puppet make...
That's a really good point. Of course kids today don't know who the Muppets are but they still enjoy it regardless, they can still enjoy Bear. Besides, if adults like the Muppets, too, Bear is a perfect way to get older people in who aren't ashamed to see Bear (that's the only reason I went in...
The Mr. Bean movie (the first one, not Mr. Bean's Holiday) re-uses a lot of skits from the show within it's story. But I'm not sure about any other movies.
To a certain extent, I'd really consider IAVMMCM a sort of TMS: The Movie, but a theatrical film that was just a long episode of TMS would probably be a bit hard to sit through. I'm sure it would be a great film but unless the plot was good enough, it would be a bit odd just to have an hour and...
Whoa, I haven't watched a lot of the bonus features yet, but I'm slowly making my way through the episodes. I'm on Wembley & The Mean Genie now. Is it just me, or could the genie in this have inspired a blue genie in a certain Disney movie?
