Well you know the scene in The Muppet Movie where Gonzo first goes up with the balloons and Fozzie taps on Kermit's shoulder? If you watch that scene in letterbox format (I believe), for a second you can see Richard off to the side performing Fozzie's arm. Lol

The way I always looked at it, the Muppets were similar to the comedians of the past who always played the same characters, but in completely different situations each time (Laurel & Hardy, Marx Brothers, etc.).

That's not new; people did it in my High School, after school during clubs, etc. And I did it for awhile in College, lol. One time my Grandparents stopped by to give me some food and my Grandpa was like, "Are you wearing your pajamas??!! Hahahah!"
