They make reality TV shows for adults, but that doesn't mean it's what all adults want to be watching. Lol I know people who love the worst of the reality shows but surprisingly they also enjoy I Love Lucy and lament that shows today can't be more like that.

I'll go with Muppets Take Manhattan. Besides the fact that it's actually about a musical, the soundtrack really helps carry the emotions of the characters throughout the story. :)
I was so amazed when I came across their '70s comics for the first time. These characters literally grew up before our eyes. No small feat for a three to four panel strip we only see every Sunday!
I would say that's more a matter of personal taste than "kids today don't get it." After all you're only going by one kid, not conducting a nation wide study, hehe. You can't make those kinds of judgments just based on that. ;)

I mean I try to believe that people continue to exist after they die, so if we want to call that ghosts that's fine. But I think the majority of so-called ghost sightings (i.e. those ghost hunter shows) are hoaxes or just honest mistakes.
