    Spammers at MC...

Dunno, but there's a crop of the "ywm"-ending spambots that turned up today, all because the bastwages keep plugging in the same birthdate as part of their fake profiles. :grr:

    Spammers at MC...

Yep, a whole batch of spamturds who had their accounts banned but still show up as "forum members" within the system. Hopefully Phil can purge them in a more permanent manner. :batty:

    Happy Birthday Ed!

Wha? Is well made delicious pizza. Then again, not as odd as the first combo I ever put together, pineapple and Canadian bacon. Ever since then I only eat plain cheese if there's no other option available, pizza's one of the greatest culinary canvases of all. Thanks Kathleen. Got a coupla...

    Happy Birthday Ed!

Like I said elsewhere, no worries Kathy. CRS? Heh, you probably mean CRAFT, "Can't Remember a *Frogging* Thing". Had to clean that up a bit. Good time on Tuesday, have a family party tonight, and then we'll see what happens on the weekend.

*Listening to MCR... Me: They're really making me smile today. UD: Yes, today is a day you certainly need a bit of good cheer. Thanks Uncle D, that's why I had a few happy tears hearing the version of "When The River Meets The Sea" from Jim's memorial. And the newest addition was the book &...

    Bringing Back the Bells...

Man, almost forgot about this. And it's about forty minutes away for me given my local timezone. *Grabs jangling housekeys for the ritual ringing.

Wanted: Christmas Music for Muppet Central Radio

There's a new video starring :insatiable: reciting the classic poem "Twas The Night Before Christmas" that got posted in an article over at toughpigs, dunno how you'd be able to get a hold of the clip for the MCR rotation. Personally, I'm still hoping one of these years we'll get Uncle Deadly...

    Happy Birthday Ed!

They advertise it as having six seafood ingredients, though the only ones I can identify are the small inwards-curled shrimps, slices of octopus, and sardines. It also has onions and a bit of olive oil, but the dough and crust is excellent. :hungry:

    Happy Birthday Ed!

Thanks to everyone who's posted here so far. Had a coupla slices of seafood pizza my fam bought/brought from Magno's, one of the premiere pizza parlor chains here in PR. Watched and enjoyed the Tony Benett 90th Birthday Tribute special. Another year, another reason to be happy. :)

    Muppet Film and TV References

Not so much a reference as the fact that  just appeared on the Tony Bennett 90th Birthday Tribute special busting Regis Philbin and Don Rickles as cheap imitations of :boo: and . She even told Don she didn't find him to be her type ever since she "stopped dating guys who look like...

*Ed gets back home after a meeting with his broker, everything's fine, just gotta take care of another few errands tomorrow. Wha's this... Flyer to donate for that 0-fer parade? Heck no, if the Browns go 0-16, that'll be the final nail in their coffin confirming the best mor they ever made...

Muppets "25 Days of Christmas" Promos on Freeform

:news: Mupdate! Another promo aired during the commercial intro/outros for The Nightmare Before Christmas this afternoon. Looks like the one-sided Gonzo/Piggy crush has been given new life. Piggy's standing under a mistle toe wondering about the male Hollywood stars she'll get to kiss... When...

    Muppet Christmas MUP3's

Hi, I'm looking for the four songs from the Michael Buble specials featuring the Muppets. Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas with :grouchy:, All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth with , We Wish You A Merry Christmas with :insatiable:, Baby It's Cold Outside with  Also...

Video: Pigs in Space “The Gravity of the Situation”

Agree that this wasn't full out laugh funny, but it was still well-executed. Obscure reference from me for the day. The bit when Kermit comes in as part of Piggy's panicky attempt to save herself... Reminds me of the kind of dynamic when Scott Bakula was added for that one next-to-last (if not...

    Spammers at MC...

Thanks Snowth. All those accounts were probably banned when they registered accounts, or rather never banned because they never posted any actual spam to get them banned. I'll keep saying it, the one thing I want for Christmas/Three Kings Day present as a moderator is the "Spam Cleaner"...

    RIP Alan Thicke (1947-2016)

Huh, to me as a game show fan, I'll always remember Alan Thicke as the host of Animal Crack-Ups with his puppeteered stuffed hedgehog sidekick.

Muppets "25 Days of Christmas" Promos on Freeform

For some odd reason, this promo aired only during the commercial intro/outros when Toy Story 1 was playing on Freeform.

    RIP Alan Thicke (1947-2016)

Wha?! Aw man. Just saw him last Thursday on the TV airing of the Dan Lebitar Show on ESPN-U, after he had been honored with the prestigious Canadian Icon of Entertainment award. Hope some Canadian sports team gets named the Battling Beavers in his honor.

Your Thoughts: Christmas at Muppet Central

11 sounded like Bert, but I also thought he got repeated at 3, so I wasn't rully sure especially since this was the first time I heard it. Could you send me this as a MUP3? Thanks. :)

Your Thoughts: Christmas at Muppet Central

Quick question, there was a version of The Twelve Days of Christmas that just aired with the SST Muppets featuring their current performers that was just the 12-verse on down to the end. The cast included: :batty: 12, Baby Bear 11, Telly 10, :wisdom: 9, Rosita 8, Abby 7, :p 6, :insatiable: 5...
