Thanks! Welcome home to MC.
I agree--thanks to Count for being so available to help keep everything under control. He's really been a very great, active Mod and I appreciate it.
You should do before and after pictures of yourself. A picture before the show, and then one after the show. That could be fun to see what difference is made by being in the sweaty plant puppet.
Here I am! Do I count?
:o
Yeah, my mama didn't want me either...
I voted, and I want him (obviously). I need this one, even if it's the last one. It's the one I've been buying the others for. If he's not made I'll just have to sit in my dark corner of the house and cry.
Again.
Actually, I thought about it more, and while the actors used for the cameos in MFS weren't the in-thing, they did play character roles. It was the Hulk Hogan role that irked me more than anything--it took something that should be timeless and timed it right smack in the mid-1990's (or whenever...
I thought about getting one for my collection, but I didn't think of the patterns! Good idea!
Actually, I alway suggest folks contact www.projectpuppet.com for their patterns. They're about as Muppety as anybody needs to get.
That sounds like great fun. It's always sad when a show is over like that--but, there's always the hope of the next show and building that performance resume! You'll be terrific, Z!
Or, to hear Charlie tell it, it was he who was along side HIS dummy Edgar. :) Charlie was an awesome character. MOrtimer was funny, too. I think that having had Candace Bergen and Edger Bergen both on The Muppet Show was certainly an awesome thing to have done.
I'm a HUGE Lone Ranger fan--not a fan of the casting for the upcoming film (although they may surprise me).
My desire about the new Muppet movie is that they take a lead from The Muppet Movie where the cameos were of characters and were therefore timeless--unlike the cameos in more recent...
The point of that commercial is just what's happened here: It's being shown around the world and people are talking about it. The best way to get away from disturbing videos is to ignore them and not bring them up.
