Video: Muppets Most Wanted Official Teaser Trailer On-line

Rewatching it...great idea for a silly spinoff short or spoof trailer: SHARKS ON A TRAIN. Oh wait, Im guessing that's the point of the gag. And wow, Pepe is in it. He seemed MIA in the last one despite being one of the main Muppet characters. Also I love how they are literally at all these...

Video: Muppets Most Wanted Official Teaser Trailer On-line

Love that tiny car gag. Also I didn't know Ty had such a main role, Im a HUUUGGGE Modern Family show(prolly my fave show on tv) The Disney daytime teen cameos are extremely offputting, but Im hoping there won't be too many gag forced inducing pop culture references.

Oh I loved John C Reilly, brilliant. The dude from 30 Rock was good too. I felt genuinely heartfelt when he has to sleep in a pile of bricks. I'm just saying it felt a bit disjointed. Like it had the promise to be really amazing. By the way, Bowser was in it...which doesnt make sense. As you...

New Muppet movie in development for potential 2013 release

What's wrong with one thread dedicated to the trailer like we had in 2011? Hardly anyone is going to look at a 78 page thread and click on it. Strange.

Who owns the rights to what?

So glad I still have all my nice Jim Henson Hour and Muppets Tonight VHS recordings from back in the day. Doubt they will ever get a dvd release. For shame. (the quality of the youtube uploads are attrocious)

    Muppet Plush

Best Muppet plushes I've come across in over 30 years of collecting Muppet stuff next to the 90s/early 2000's era Walt Disney World Muppet Vision 3D plushes. I often complain about the lack of Muppet merch, but these are AMAZING. I love the Gonzo and Animal one especially. The Fozzie one is so so.

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

I like the concept of a "roger rabbit of video game franchises" movie, and I like some of Wreck it Ralph...but it felt like a lot of missed opportunities. They had only a small handful of video game cameos(Uh lets see, Qbert, a poster of Sonic, Zangief, Eggman, M Bison, Kano, the rhino from the...

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

Is it me or is this the most advanced looking amazing CGI ever for a kid's movie? I have to say I think it even beats the pants off anything Pixar has done. I just wonder why in 2013 THIS isn't the standard? Dr Tooth, have you seen this trailer? Talk about PS1 cutscene core

You know, if the writing is smart I could actually watch this. I liked ANTZ so much more than A Bug's Life, even tho it had much more sub par animation. I just felt the writing and vibe was a lot more appealing to me. Strangely I kind of dug those Henson dtv fairy tale one offs.

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

The Ice Age series is just plain mind numbingly boring. I mean, it takes place on a frozen tundra. Sid is the only thing mildly interesting. Granted I only saw the first and forth one, and only parts of the second. Meanwhile, you have Monsters vs Aliens, by far the most amazing, beautiful and...

Videos: Muppets Most Wanted videos with Ross Lynch and Debby Ryan

I agree. Those two promo videos was about as interesting as watching paint dry to me. "Disney channel" stars and Muppets DO NOT go hand in hand. In nearly 60 years of Muppet projects, the Muppets with Disney channel stars in specials or cameo'd episodes are the worst of the worst. Way below Oz...

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

It's no secret I'm not a fan of the majority of computer generated kid films that flood the markets in any particular year. I was big on the original wave of them in the 90's but now it just seems beyond saturation...virtually all of them using the same template of *insert talking...

Why Is Sesame Street Such A Controversial Lightning Rod?

Drtooth: Id say 2 Broke Girls is the most fake of all the shows. And Ive seen every episode. Ive been to Williamsburg area of Brooklyn, even last year, and nothing in that show reflects the area. I dont mind the graphic sexual humor, it just feels forced in the delivery...plus I know it's making...

JV that's my point though, is a lot of this is fake controversy. The majority of what I listed are manufactured controversies from groups who have no lives.

Petition for Skeeter in The Muppets... Again!

My goodness that's amazing! And your whatnot Fraggle as well! Amazing seeing your work. I honestly think people don't know what they're talking about when they see it'd be a bad decision to have Skeeter in the new film or show. As if the unbearably bad cameos on Disney channel live action...

Why Is Sesame Street Such A Controversial Lightning Rod?

    - The Kevin Clash scandal and the tarnish of their most senior flagship performer and character - The US military admitting they used Sesame Street songs as part of their brutal torture of Iraqi detainees - The never ending political PBS defunding threats - The New Yorker cover and endless Bert...

Why Is Sesame Street Such A Controversial Lightning Rod?

Right, but that's like saying every time they reference say, the characters doing karaoke, they would have to explain the Japanese origin. I think it's fair to highlight things popular in middle class suburbia, Yoga and organic food shopping being part of that. I believe all cultures should be...

Why Is Sesame Street Such A Controversial Lightning Rod?

Well it's interesting to study...the transition from the 1960's to the 1970's. I wasn't even born til 1978, so for me it's referential. Thanks for bringing up Norman Lear! He pretty much helped collapse and smash through this very Leave it To Beaver/Dick Van Dyke(not saying anything wrong with...

Why Is Sesame Street Such A Controversial Lightning Rod?

The 1940's certainly were not innocent, given every single person in America was impacted in some way by World War 2. In the 1960's America was scarred by endless racial violence, the assassinations of beloved heroes such as the two Kennedys and Martin Luther King Jr. As well as nightly footage...
