Hmmmm...I'm thinkin' they recorded the tracks separately and morphed those together, and then Jim Muppeteered one while someone else did the other, and the Muppets "lip-synched" (as always) on screen, so they didn't have to visually morph. :)

That's funny, no, cause Jack and this woman Robin were in the bushes on the 2nd episode of "Three's Company" on N@N tonight. Really! They were! *watches TV when he should clean his bachelor pad*
