Select Disney Stores eh? Why don't they just say "Disney Stores that aren't near me"? lol but seriously, if they do have Muppet shirts at the Disney Store near me I definitely make sure to buy one... or two... or all of them ;) :)
Wow!!! That is SUPER impressive *wishes he had gotten those* lol. The first auction doesn't interest me that much 'cause I've got those figures, but the 2nd and 3rd ones on the other hand... ;)
I used to be anti-widescreen 'cause of the "black bars" at the top and bottom. Then I realized (by I think looking at an article here on Muppet Central) that Widescreen is much MUCH better :D
I'm still trying to convince some of friends that widescreen is better :)
Waldorf: Hey, they're not half bad!
Statler: Nope, they're all bad!
*They laugh*
(I think that was from the Weezer video)
And they were great as Marley and Marley:
Statler: Oooh I remember the little kids standing out in the cold
Waldorf: With they're little frost-bitten teddy bears...
I hear that! So what do they have now for teams? Lets see:
-Gonzo and Rizzo
-Bunsen and Beaker
-Statler and Waldorf
anything else?
Anyway, I'm sooo looking forward to this movie. Jeffrey Tambor as the Wizard is going to be awesome :D I hope they do something good with the old classic...
Yeah in the early scene where they're eating breakfast and Robin goes to Kermit and says "Say Uncle Kermit, what're you gonna do now that you're on vacation?"
That would've been cool, but I guess there wasn't really any place for Robin other than a cameo in Muppet Treasure Island (hey, at least he was in it :) )
Yolanda the rat ;) who said this:
"The words on my coffee mug are right!: 'It is hard to soar with eagles, when you work with turkeys'"
(That's probably a pretty obvious one)
Of course I open the figures! They're just too darn nice to leave in the packaging. Although, having an entire wall filled with MIP figures must look impressive... :flirt:
The only figures I have MIP are an extra Kermit, and an extra Captain Smollet :)
So are there any Muppet segments in the special? Like, where either Kermit or Fozzie actually talk? 'Cause if there isn't, that's kinda lame how they got my hopes all up by showing 'em on the commercial  :( :grouchy:
