Actually, it appears to me that Noggin is no longer showing episodes from the 1998-99 season (Season 30). All they're showing is Season 31. And don't get your hopes up too much, because for awhile, it said that PWMS would be back on for May as well, but then they decided to do another month...

Actually, the thing is, a lot of that music that's used in films does not actually belong to Sesame Street. They get it from some library of music that can be used anywhere. Many old films were like this, even to this day.
