Yes. They did that because Noggin had commercials and they needed to cut out certain segments to make room for the commercials. During PBS pledge week, the reason they cut stuff out is to give more time for people to talk

I heard somebody on this forum mention Episode 3020, where Elmo & Merry Surprise People. Does anybody on here actually have this episode? If you do have it, please contact me because I really want to see it and complete the Muppet Wiki guide.

That's the pledge cut of the episode. The uncut version is 58 minutes long. I would be interested in filling in the missing segments for 4010
