these dolls look awesome.
i've never really had much interest in getting piggy stuff, but if i had money to spare one of these would go on my shopping list.
I'm liking this thread. I'd never really thought about it before, but i guess i must have started with Sesame Street which used to be on at 6am every weekday and sometimes around lunchtime i think. I remember being delighted to be able to watch it when i was home from school ill so it must have...
I'm English and my view as an outsider is that it's great to have Obama as the new president. Yes it's a milestone in the fight for equality, but it's also the end of a bad administration under Bush and I think that is why so many more people paid attention and turned up. It's not all about race...
I was just looking through this thread thinking "how can anyone be acred of muppets? they're so lovable" but then i suddenly remembered that Bert used to scare the **** out of me with his big thick monobrow and "scary" voice, but i really like ernie so i was torn over watching any parts with him...
i got my kermie for christmas and i couldn't have asked for a better present.
everything about him is amazing and i'm just worried i might have to put him back in his box for a week to keep him safe from the electricians that are coming to re-wire the whole house tomorrow :S
I just watched it and thought it was great. It was everything I expected and will be making my family sit and watch it again later.
I thought the songs were nice particularly the one that begins in the apartment block and if anything there weren't enough of them. I do wish it was a little...
I NEEEEEED to see it! the NBC streaming doesn't work outside the US so does anyone know where i can see it? can i download it anywhere or get someone to send me a copy? i'll pay all costs i just need to see it and it's not going to be on UK television :(
This may not be the right place to post this, but it may be of interest to anybody living in the UK.
I have been trying to find a glimmer of hope of seeing Letters to Santa in England and have been contacting the major television companies. Disney have unsuprisingly not responded to my...
yeah i hadn't seen it until buying it but what i had read made me want to and i made the family sit down and watch it with me and all apart from my older brother (who walked off half way through) enjoyed it. particularly the last half which seemed to know what i expected from it.
i have it on dvd with "the christmas toy" secret life of toys episode as a special feature. its a legit columbia/tristar release but it has a different cover on it (could be because its a uk release though) i bought it about a year and half ago when i found it for a couple of pounds in a shop.
along these lines what would be the point in just rerecording the cd's because then when the people who don't know them watch the films for the first time they would notice that those voices are different. the way i see it, you should just leave well enough alone and let the muppets continue to...
much excitement! i'm not sure i can afford both animal and gonzo even with the discount, but i will almost definately be getting one of them after assessing my finances. which one would be the best because i want both.
i've already put in my request for kermit for christmas so that should be...
i'm really excited about this, but fear i won't get to see it in the uk.
so hear comes my plea to all to keep their ears and eyes peeled for any news or rumours of it being shown on british tv.
much thanks
i am very seriously considering at the dance because its quite a big feature in he early seasons of the muppet show and it has a nice rhythm to it so thanks for that pork.
thanks for the support fragglemuppet. i just feel that they need some credit for being so great and such harmless fun...
