    1,000,000 Visitors

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: MupptCentral is the Muppet site on the internet. Hey, Kermit even mentioned us on It's A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie! Congratulations! :)

Opera responds to MS with MSN-borkifying version of browser

Saw this on slashdot.org. Microsoft reportedly, recently, released a version of the MSN website which breaks only in the Opera web browser. Opera just responded with a version of their web browser that Swedish Chef Borkifies exactly one website: MSN. Enjoy! :' )

    All Cast Christmas Menu

Nice! Much busier than the other's I've seen (it's a tiny bit distracting from the mouse-over pop up characters), but no less amazing than all the others. Great job! Again!

    Marley & Marley Christmas Menu

muppetcentral.com rocks I'll say it once, I'll say it again. muppetcentral.com is one of the most professional sites I've ever seen, from both a content and presentation point of view. Every couple weeks I am just blown away from the main toolbar. Congratulations.

    Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie

Magic I was blown away by this movie. Excepting only MuppetFest, A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Special was the first truly magical Muppet production I've seen since Jim was with us. Muppets From Space had a few magical *moments*, like the opening scene, anything Pepe, the...

Jim Hill on Saban, the Muppets, and Disney

This makes me mad. The Muppets are a faded commodity, but this has nothing to do with technology. The only thing it has to do with, in my humble opinion, is how the Jim Henson Company has become incompetent, regarding management and promotion their product, ever since Jim passed. I loved...

    New Muppet Central Site Design

Remember, the information has largely not changed from the old design (still can't quite swallow "old"). What *has* changed is the cleaned up navigation and exquisite-yet-still-small-kb graphics--both in the toolbar and elsewhere, enhancing the look and feel of the site both emotionally and as...

    New Muppet Central Site Design

Two suggestions and a question ...and although I don't have experience with Flash, my instinct is that it is easy to implement...

    New Muppet Central Site Design

It is a small thing, but in my experience with users and personally (especially when I'm reaching obsessive mode, am avoiding life, am just tired, or should somehow otherwise not be on the web any more), it's an extra touch that adds something. It definitely will not hurt. It won't change...

    New Muppet Central Site Design

Two suggestions and a question Hey, Phillip! (...and Sherrie and I loved the candy mailbox and ornaments... :') Thanks for the update. Looking forward to it. And I just remembered another suggestion! The transition page (from the old site to the new) was so awesome! Could there be...

    New Muppet Central Site Design

Two suggestions and a question I am still discovering new things about the site. Still periodically picking my jaw off the floor. It was not an understatement for the person who said that this site was now the best muppet site on the web. Even the previous/original official Henson site (the...

    New Muppet Central Site Design

Wow! I had no idea--I mean NO idea--about the new launch. I saw the "image" of the old (that feels weird..."old") site, and wrinkled my brow. Then the site started breaking down! I was sad! Then, halfway through my letter to the webmaster, trying to report this technical glitch, the car...

Creature Shop selects Red Hat for Digital Production

This article is mentioned in slashdot.org Here's the text of a post I submitted. ----------------------------------------------------- I was at the first MuppetFest in December 2001. One of the best weekends of my life. I saw this technology in action for about a half hour. It was one of...
