    Sesame Street Bloopers/Technical Difficulties

In "There's Nothing We Women Can't Be" the liontamer sings "And that's why I'm here in this ring!!" when in fact, she's in no ring at all. Also, the puppetry is very bad on that one. Looks like it was possibly a first take?

    Question for Karen Prell

Jerry plays the hippie in the Subway song, definitley. I agree, that's one of the best skits they did. It's also kind of odd to see Kermit and Bert in the same skit. I wonder if they ever paried up again in a sketch.

    The Beetles Logo

Jelly Man Kelly: If you're reffering to the actual British band The Beatles, they DID have a logo. I'm not sure about the Sesame Street Beetles, as I haven't seen their sketches in a while. I'm pretty sure they have a little logo though, too.

Was Dave Goelz in these SST sketches?

Yes, I am 100% positive it's Jerry. It is a bit of a different voice, but it is definitley him. Also, check the puppetry, it's very Jerry-esque.

    Follow That Bird Revisited

No, Kevin just began performing him then. Brian stopped performing Elmo around '79. Richard did him for a year or two after that.
