Exactly what I was thinking. I want to say Henson, but I'm just not sure. As for Dog City, while Rowlf (now owned by Disney) is in it, it is probably owned by Henson since it features mostly non-Muppet (if you know what I mean) characters. Oy...
Correction:
Disney owns all things Muppets AND Bear in the Big Blue House, as of April 28. Fraggle Rock and the other franchises still belong to Henson, and the Sesame Street characters are tucked safely away at the Workshop.
Yeah I wasn't thinking about that, surprisingly. Comcast has majority stakes in E! and Style (along with Disney) and also majority stakes in Outdoor Life Network and The Golf Channel.
So it wouldn't even make sense for this network to be only available on Comcast systems, especially since...
Well we have Charter here. But I'm moving to Atlanta later this year, and I believe they have Comcast Cable, so I'm lucky. But it does suck that this appears to be only available on Comcast systems. Of course, the news is only a few hours old so we'll see what happens.
