The other day I was helping sell pizza in the cafe/youth room at my church, and this four-year-old boy asked me for a slice of pizza with "pepperonis on it and cheese under them."
Last night I had a dream that I met a few Muppeteers. The only part that I can specifically remember is when I met Richard Hunt, of all people. For some reason he was sitting in a row of metal folding chairs. I was standing behind the chairs, and suddenly I realized "Wait a minute, that's...
Yesterday, my uncle and I wrote this ridiculous song called "Happy Happy Kermit Day." It goes like this (warning- it is long and makes little sense):
Happy happy Kermit day
Happy happy Kermit day
When he smiles, the bugs fly away
Happy happy Kermit day
Don't be sorry, don't be gray
The bugs...
I still have a couple more to open next week at my aunt's house, but this is it so far.
A ukelele!!! (which I named Katrina)
A knitted Kermit the Frog hat
A Funko Pop Kermit the Frog action figure (my brother got the Fozzie one)
Disney pajamas
A "Hunger for God" Hunger Games parody t-shirt

Well, I wanted something that had to do with Gonzo, since he's my favorite Muppet. And I thought, he's a weirdo, and I'm a weirdo. So I figured "TheWeirdoGirl" would be a good username.
Ooh, this is good! I've always identified with Zoot, being a sax player and quiet person myself, and I think you captured his character very nicely. Good job!
Gonzo, Rizzo and Pepe!!! Seriously, that was fantastic, and it may or may not have caused a small fangirl freak out moment. :P
And all the other Muppet stuff was great too. I laughed when Kermit was freaking out about marrying Piggy, and when the audience started cheering for him. :)
*hides behind chair* Not that kind of hog Miss Piggy. HoG, aka Heart of Gold, one of Lisa's other stories that is sorely in need of an update. *hint hint*
I just finished another rereading of this. And since I posted on HoG the other day, I figured it wouldn't be fair for me to ask for more of that story and not ask for more of this one. :P
*sigh* It's wonderful stories like this that are slowly turning me into a Kermit/Piggy fan. And honestly, I'm not sure how I feel about that. :P But like I said, this is wonderful, and I'm enjoying it very much. Keep up the good work!
*sings* All I want for Christmas is an update to this story,
An update to this story,
An update to this story!
Hope you're doing well Lisa, and that you can post more of this soon.
I don't even know where he got the idea of naming Christmas trees. One of my other brothers had just gotten really excited about the new Fozzie Hallmark ornament (he loves that bear to death), and then the five-year-old suddenly commented that we should name our Christmas tree after Fozzie. :P
