Well, with the state of the toy (action figure ) industry I wouldn't be surprised if OMG is having problems. Not that I don't feel bad if people are owed money, but it sucks cause I had a lot of respect for OMG. They did there best to get us the last few Muppet figures. :cry:

Why would they want help from Disney on this? This is a totally seperate deal. It has nothing to do with the Muppets. And have you even seen the show? Or are you just trying to take some imaginary high road?

I'm willing to bet that you can get these at Target. They sell all the Brass Key Disney Princess dolls. My daughter loves them. And from checking the other auctions the person has listed, it looks like a Target shopping spree.
First, it's been mentioned before, the ones shown from Comic-Con have been messed with alot. They've been played with and manhandled. Second, it's a replica of the poser Muppet and not the hand Muppet. There might be a slight difference because of that.

I would be willing to bet that if you searched on E-Bay you could find them for a decent price. I have all of them and if I were ever going to sell them (which I won't) I would ask for the price I bought them for. As, I would guess, anyone here would seeing as we are all collectors and Muppet fans.
Disney bought the rights to the Muppets and Bear characters. If the Henson company makes new characters outside of these two groups, Disney has no say.
