Thank you James. I'm really tired of how things are labeled as a "failure" if it doesn't pull in millions of dollars. It was still second place at the box office at $50 million (where the HIGHEST amount going to a movie was $60 million, so it obviously wasn't a major week at the box office)...
That's incredbily disappointing. It's already out of theaters in my hometown. No kidding, the nearest screening is one city over. It's pretty upsetting to see how fast Million Dollar Arm was swept out of theaters. It's probably a pretty good film.
Don't worry, It's not anything that unique, but it has a lot of stuff in one place that you generally find scattered throughout all the parks. Most of it is the same as the store by Muppet-Vision 3D.
Nope. It only made ten thousand. That wasn't a typo.
Okay just kidding. That was a typo. I really meant to say $10 million, not really such a strong box office opening.
Not true.
For some crazy reason, the Disney Parks merch line-up is different from the Disney Store lineup. They had a whole bunch of new stuff in the DS for MMW, but oddly, the only new merchandise added to the parks in honor of the movie were two coffee mugs. That's it! Coffee mugs!

If it makes you feel any better, Disney's Million Dollar Arm opened with incredibly poor box-office results, at only $10,000 in it's ENTIRE opening weekend. It seemed to have suffered standing up against Godzilla, the same way MMW disappointed when it was up against Divergent.
That being...
Yeah. To be honest, I probably wouldn't even spend that much again to get a copy of this. I don't think I'd pay ANY money to get a copy of this if I knew how bad it was.
It came in a three-movie pack when I bought it. I was like "hey a new Muppet movie! This is gonna be awesome!" then I learned the sad, dark truth about this. Thank goodness the pack came with TMTM and MFS (which I came to enjoy after a few viewings).
That's odd. I know that for-sure when you purchase the film DIRECTLY from iTunes, it's one of the included bonus features (check the feature listing on the store). I don't have the Wocka Wocka Value Pack, but if Walter's Trailer was on it, that's generally how you get the feature.
P.S. Did it...
You have to use the digital code which is included with the Blu-Ray and redeem it on the iTunes Store, when you do so, you'll get a digital copy of the movie, and the featurette.
I'm curious what this feature looks like! I've never seen it before.
I was trying to figure out why people where laughing in the theater the first time that came on, but I caught that gag the second or third viewing. :) I love these quick gags, and MMW has some really great ones.
On a side note, did anyone realize the Cars 2 ad was swapped out for an ad for...
