Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
Kermit is the leader of the Muppets. "Muppets Tonight" didn't work well, due to the lack of Kermit, Miss Piggy and gang. Having said that, I think the Electric Mayhem are strong enough to support their own show.
You would have to sleeve in the back of the head, and then make a hollow body that you can put the sleeve into. I would put some black pupils on his eyes and give him a round red nose? How is "Wilbur" for a name?
It is a very light brown. You would have to look for a long pile fur at a fabric shop or online. Maybe a party supply or Halloween store/website. If you are cutting from fur, be carefull how you cut it, so it doesn't get blunt ends. I think you have to cut from the back of the fur, so you cut...
Are you the Puppeteer, too? I actually prefer the first Trevor. While the fur is better, he has got old. The first was more colourful and you could see more of his face. I see why you went for grey, to make his black eyebrows stand out. I would of still gone for black fur, and not have it around...
Anyone notice that Statler and Waldorf changed their seats in the balcony on the packaging photos!!:) I drilled holes in Bunsen's and Beaker's shoes so they could stand on the bases. I hope series 3 figures will have feet holes as well as the bases !!!:o
I got my Series 2 select figures today. Waldorf's joints were very tight.
Animal's right foot angles at 45 degrees when you bend his knee. Does
everyelse have this? Is it his angle for hitting the foot pedal, or do I have
a dud?
So refreshing to come here and not have to navigate through spam posts. It was getting a daily thing and I was thinking of not surfing here during US late times.
It was the way they were positioned, and they seem very fragile and only held with thin plastic straps. It would of been better if they were fixed in the correct place or maybe magnetised.
It is a shame that there are a few issues that are letting this line down. Kermit's pupil size, Scooter's glasses, paint issues, now it is continuing with
paint coming off Animal and his drum set toppling over. There mustn't be enough checks on prototypes and final product checks. I know...
yep, definitely an open and closed case!!
From previous prototype pictures, the mouth was always wide open.

Yeah, they probably went there with the intention to watch it, but the Electric Mayhem must have invited them up on stage to watch from behind the scenes! ;)
