I seem to remember that the original lizard and worm sketch (with Kermit as the Lizard during Sam and Friends) was shown on the Muppet's Celebrate Jim Henson, but there was another one done in the Muppet Show. I unfortunatly don't know which episode that was or in which collection it is in.

The pictures are admittedly not very interesting, but I think it's neat that the Muppets have stars named after them. Even though they are stars that have blown up. Crazy Harry most likely blew up his own star himself.:D
