It'd be great if Townsend Coleman and Bob Bergen could be interviewed, too.

Fraggle Rock Panel at Comic Con 2008

Sorry if it's been too long since my last post... :) Seeing as I live in Santa Rosa, which is several hundred miles away from San Diego, I don't think I'll be able to attend the convention, though maybe someone could post pictures of Red's appearance. Wish I could go, though. ;-)

And just so I don't leave him out, Barry Gordon ("Junior" from the Snorks) voiced Donatello in the original TMNT cartoon.

    Character Ages?

You know, to me... Mokey is about early-mid 30s Gobo is about early 20s Boober is about 16 Red is about 14 Wembley is about 11 Pretty much based on their personalities, I would think. ;-)

Little Muppet Monsters is on Youtube

I bet that's because Greg Berg voiced both. ;) However, it sounds a little more like Baby Scooter impersonating Dr. Strangepork, though. (of course, Greg did voice Baby Scooter, too) Come to think of it... if Marvel didn't have Rob Paulsen doing Marjory the Trash Heap on the Fraggle Rock...

Little Muppet Monsters is on Youtube

Sorry... the guy who posted it on YouTube just has one episode, and that's it, plus it does not have the animated Gonzo, Bunsen, or Beaker. It does have the animated Animal though... and compared to his cartoon Piggy, Hal Rayle's voice for Animal didn't seem that far off from the original...

    Fraggle Rock Animated

And I'll admit, Townsend Coleman's animated Gobo was OK, but it just wasn't the same without the Canadian accent Jerry Nelson gave to the original puppet. (I think Townsend's still doing VOs for NBC's famed Thursday night "Must-See-TV" line-up, if I'm not mistaken, plus I think his best role...

    Fraggle Rock Animated

Plus it started airing in September 1987, about six months after the puppet version's 96th and final episode in March of that year. BTW, who would've been a better choice to voice some of the characters on the animated FR, if they couldn't spend more money to get the original puppetteers...

    What if there were...

...cartoon versions of the following FR characters: Convincing John Marlon Fraggle Brio the Minstrel Large Marvin Felix the Fearless Feeney Fraggle Lou Fraggle (and any others) Who would voice them? ;-)

Abby Cadabby. (And I bet Miss Piggy  would probably be angry with Abby in regards to her being the first Muppet named PotW instead of Piggy [insert Abby emoticon])

    Other puppet shows you watched

Could you be talking about "Kitty Cats"? I do remember this show airing on TLC every morning back in the mid '90s, and I do recall a dog named Charlie on the show. Don't recall the names of the cats, though.

    Why isn't Skeeter a Muppet?

I'm shocked! But I'm also excited to hear that. :excited: (Woo-hoo-hoo!)

Imagine if the Muppet Babies were involved in another Mario Kart clone...

We know that several franchises have tried to cash in on the success of what the Super Mario franchise did with Super Mario Kart, i.e. Mickey Mouse, Sonic the Hedgehog, a few Konami franchises, and even the Muppets (:-)) to create racing games of their own... (and I wish I could own Muppet Race...

Having just discovered this thread, I have thought of a few ideas as well, in addition to these great ideas: 1.) A music shop where you are greeted by costumed versions of the Electric Mayhem, and you can pick albums and CDs of all the great Muppet songs 2.) Baby Piggy's Dollhouse - A...

Songs the Electric Mayhem could perform

"Without You" by Harry Nilsson - sung by Floyd "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You" by Michael Bolton - also sung by Floyd, with Zoot on sax "Endless Love" by Diana Ross and Lionel Richie - sung by Floyd and Janice "7 1/2 Cents Doesn't Buy a Heck of a Lot" from "The Pajama Game" - sung...

The "Next Muppet on Family Guy" thread

Here's some more ideas I came up with, even if they go a little too far: *The Swinetrek crashes into Quagmire's home *Dr. Phil interviewing Bert and Ernie about Ernie's messiness *A&E Intervention - Cookie Monster and his cookie addiction (similar to what was seen in the skit in the "Model...

Imagine if there was a special 1 vs. 100 where the contestant faced 100 Muppets...

On the other hand, if I couldn't get the Muppet Babies group into the Mob, I could replace them with Dog City and Dinosaurs characters. (Maybe the Muppet Babies [particularly Skeeter] could ask the contestant a question after they came on the screen, a la Barry Williams and Dawn Wells on the Jan...
