Where are they going? It would be more powerful if the characters were coming from something other than blank space (a light or doorway) and were walking toward us making eye contact rather than focused on wherever they seem to be going.
As for CGI, no doubt in my mind it will be used at some...
I'm predicting
1. A Muppet movie toned down for 5 year olds. People will have to decide between that and the likes of marmaduke 2.
2. Not enough public interest for. a fraggle movie.
3. Dark Crystal sequel. Direct to video.
4. Amazing puppetry innovations from Henson that fail to reach their...
My concern is not the 3-D aspect, (Which I feel by the time this thing gets made all films will be offered in this format) but the CGI. I am so impressed with The Dark Crystal because of it's use of puppetry throughout. When it turns into CGI, it tends to look more cartoonish. I hope It can be...

See you tomorrow!

I'm LIving in the LA area and have been looking to work in Puppetry. Times are tough. My wife and I are hoping to find a place with puppeteers who can help me with an ongoing project. So, where is the best place to run to when the cost of living is bringing you down? WHo wants to help me?
Who was there?
I had a great time, especially since I found half price tix. I don't think I'd ever pay for the show full price. If you've seen it once or twice, You get the gist of it. It's a Groundlings short improv show with puppets. If you love the groundlings, You'll love this. I will admit...
