You don't need a sewing machine. You can hand sew it. I completely hand sewed my Gonzo puppet. In fact, with fur, it's probably better to hand sew because you can make sure none of the fur is caught in the seams. Otherwise, you'll spend as much time picking it out as it would to hand sew it...

I think the shirt looks good, but to my eye, the vest and the pants are too long. That's why I went with 12 months instead. But as long as you're happy with it, that's all that counts. :) :p

Here's what I found... 18 months on the shirt will be way too big. I have my Gonzo (not Master Replicas, but built exactly the same size) in a 6-9 month shirt and sweater vest, 12 month pants (rolled into cuffs at the bottom), 12-24 months socks and 3T shoes. I also have the sweater vest...

Personally, I'm waiting because I'm annoyed at the higher prices on the DVD's. I think the players are not priced badly, but I refuse to pay $10-20 more for the discs. I know there is a slightly higher cost in mastering and for the blank material, but it really doesn't cost them THAT much...
