Rowlf was actually in a few segments. He played a Merlin character in one sketch. And in the special, "Dog City", he played a narrator like character. Hope this helps :)

Well, I got the MFC/TCT version on Ebay a few years ago. It's a bootleg, but it has some parts in MFC that weren't in the other re-releases and it has an alternate opening for TCT too.
