Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
One thing I believe is very important to keep in mind is the fact that much has changed about the Muppet staff, our society and the world in general since their 1970s and 80s popularity height. It is essential to understand that very, very delicate balances exist when two or more people work on...
Thanks for the listing Leanne. Yes, please let us know if that's just a typo or if they did indeed leave out Sidebottom Blues.
Either error would be very interesting...
That is a big difference, but rights were not quite the problem with that show. Warner Bros. made the mistake of releasing Animaniacs sets too close together. They put out Volumes 1, 2 and 3 all within about twelve months, oversaturating the market with competing collections. Sony is...
HIT isn't releasing Fraggle Rock in widescreen. Most comtemporary series are shot in widescreen, and some are seeing re-issues of their DVDs to accomodate HD and widescreen TVs. Fraggle was not shot in widescreen, and won't appear on DVD in widescreen either.
Here is a pretty good article...

Believe me, every one counts. ;)
Glad to help. I think we're all hoping HIT will realize they're going about this the wrong way (especially in these economic times). There are currently 21, out of 23, scathing reviews of the complete series set on Amazon. And I think HIT has read them.
So hopefully there will soon be a...

In this case, I don't think so. This is a controversial topic and they actually address the concerns, instead of ignoring them and plugging the complete series in their response.
As we know from the online petition, HIT will listen to consumers. That sounds like what they're doing here...
That's what I'm saying: it can be conflicting because the episode order varies depending on what list you look at. The production schedule and the airing schedule differ at that point in the series.
Here's my guess: If WWWW is the final episode on the US Season 3 and the first episode on...
