    The St. Patrick's Day thread

Break out the Irish Spring and the Guinness (or the Shamrock Shakes for the underage and teetotalers), 'cause today is the one time of the day where it is easy being green! Namely because you're immune to getting pinched! :):D:skeptical::crazy::electric::grouchy::search::coy::busy:

    The Real O'Neals impressions

I did like that little detail in that Kenny was unable to get in trouble because punishing him would be seen as discrimination against his sexuality. I also liked that precision F-strike with the "gay F-word".

    Muppet Film and TV References

Yet another one on tonight's episode of The Goldbergs: one of Adam's aliases used for taking advantage of Columbia House's "12 tapes for a penny" deal was Kermit D. Fonz.

The Nostalgia Critic Thread Lives Again!

Doug did an editorial on The Mask comics and how the first couple of them were extremely gory compared to the films, and that got me thinking: maybe an reboot with all that graphic violence intact would be perfect right now. Deadpool's rousing success shows that an R-rated comic book film can be...

The Best CGI Films in Recent Memory... And more

I do like how we're seeing more experimental styles of computer animation in recent years. And I would love to see the Meander animation system (that 2D/3D hybrid style) used in Paperman and Feast get applied to a feature-length film.

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

While I would really like to see more R-rated animated films produced in America (or in Canada in this instance), I'd prefer stuff like A Scanner Darkly which can go for dramatic, mature (and truly mature at that) subject matter. This, like you said, feels more like an extended Robot Chicken or...

    Time for Yet ANOTHER Reboot

This Xena reboot has been planned since last year, actually. And one of the writers behind Lost will write it. http://www.ew.com/article/2015/12/14/xena-reboot And seeing as NBC will be producing it, I doubt it will last long as they've had so many flops in recent years.

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

At least KFP3 scored a decent profit for a January release, and DW seems to be taking this victory in stride.

10 Cloverfield Lane also made a lot more money than I expected, around 25 mil. this week. A lot less than Cloverfield itself, but it was cheap enough to produce that it turned a profit, so sequels are inevitable.

    The Muppets nominated for KCA

Wait, a show that isn't produced by Nick won the KCA? And it's the muppets., of all things?! Holy crap, I think I just saw a flying pig! And scientists will unveil the cures for AIDS and cancer! And Disney's even thinking about releasing an official DVD of Song of the South in the U.S.! :)

    Bunnicula: The Animated Series thread

I like how it's made clear that Bunnic is an ageless immortal, and that some of the monsters are seeking revenge against him from many years ago (that giant cockroach in the first episode could be among them). I also like how the origin is revised in that he was once owned by Dracula, rather...

It's nice to see Zootopia get all this mainstream attention this time. Frozen-mania is long overdue for an end.

    Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! impressions

Just when Fred couldn't get any crazier with outfitting gadgets in the Mystery Machine, he just topped himself with the Mystery Mecha! :)

    We Bare Bears

It was so cute seeing Ice Bear bond with that seal he was supposed to eat as part of a 21-day cleanse where the bears only had to eat what they eat naturally. Of course, their friendship was never meant to last as he had to return it to the zoo as it was drying out.

    When you need to rant...

Does DM still interrupt the video with an ad every few minutes? That's the biggest drawback to that site and the reason why I block their ads.

    Commercial rant time...

Courtesy of TV Tropes and Web Pages That Suck .com, here's a tasteless banner ad from almost a decade ago for a will and trust firm. What heartless b-tard greenlit this crap?!?!? :attitude:

Danger Mouse and Powerpuff Girls both announced for comebacks

Could the 3rd season of TTG be the last, or will CN pull a surprise renewal out of nowhere? (in Chuckie Finster voice) Noooobody knows. I see that the charger for the new Hotline Phone is in the shape of the old one. That's a nice touch. :)
