    Sorry meant to sound quite so rude. Was on the phone at the time, rather distracted, just meant that they would have helped with positioning of the puppets in relation to the puppeteers heads/arms! Monitors aren't that expensive though. J

    Spoke to Richard, the puppeteer, about it this evening. Apparently it was a seperate cabled arm, they detached and joined at the shoulder, with a handgrip with ringpulls for each of Flats' fingers at the end of the rod control to his wrist. Hope that makes sense. J

    Puppet Transport and Storage?

    Put the marionette in a drawstring bag, closing the bag at the top of the puppets head. Spin the puppet so that the strings twist together. Wrap the strings round an s shaped piece of wood, called a cleat (this cleat idea was suggested by Bickerdike many years ago).
