finally got to the copy shop to blow up my reference pics. Starting to get alittle excited. I am going to move ahead as I have a big block of foam but I am also going to price out a block of reticulated as I now know the size block to get.

BTW, Muppetlab. The fur you got looks really great. It has to be exciting when you find something that close. It feels like a treasure hunt as you assemble the materials. I will post when I find mine.

Update.....I went to the foam store and they can get me a block of reticulated foam whatever size I want. I just have to blow up my reference pics and I can give them the dimensions of the block i need. They are not known for being inexpensive but i want to know I did it as authentic as i can...

I bought it on ebay after looking through literally hundreds of vests. Look up Argyle 18 month sweater vests.

Gonzo's nose and lower lip are sculpted reticulated foam that has then been airbrushed. The MR version has fabric over the nose but it looks a little off to me. what ever gets you the result that says "Gonzo" to you is going to be fine. people use all kinds of different foam and fabric and...

I noticed in the movie that Constantine's collar was slightly different from Kermit's. Worth a look. BTW the head looks spot on. there are so many subtle differences from Constantine to Kermie and you nailed it. so cool.
