I know that it would only be the nose but, much like anything, alot of the character comes from the face. If you take alook at the range of poses you can achieve from the relatively simple structure of the MR Kermits face it gives you some indication of the sacrifice it would have if Gonzos...

If the poser was made from rigid vinyl, would that not render the poser unposable? I would go for the shorter shelf life of the foam personnally.
