    RIP Peter Falk

Right on Princeton, Peter was great in MBD and of course in TGMC. Love him in Columbo, and many other films he did aside from Columbo, and from all accounts I've heard he was a super nice guy.

    Follow That Bird - Quotes

I know it wasn't a big deal, but I wanted to replace one of those Kermit smileys with an Oscar, and also add a Big Bird. Can we no longer edit older posts? Or was this never an option and I'm mistaken?

    Follow That Bird - Quotes

FTB is a masterpiece. So many great scenes! :) I have to agree the Grouch Anthem is fantastic, and indeed, epic! Of course when I first saw it, I didn't know Big Bird and Oscar were both performed by Mr. Spinney - I just knew them as Big Bird and Oscar. So it's great how the man who portrays the...

"The Tale of the Bunny Picnic" intro with Jim Henson

    Thank you very much, vettech28.

"Earl Sinclair one of 1992's the most handsome men on TV"

It'd be great if someone could read and translate what the magazine has to say about Earl. If I knew how to read and translate it, and if it cost a little less, I would buy it! But I certainly don't think the seller is being unreasonable with the price. I'm just saying I won't be paying $15.00...

    Fan Mail of the Past

That is so great! Congrats! I like all the other stories too, but I just had to mention how cool the Walter Lantz one is!

    The Chipmunks

I just saw the "Toby" Chipmunks film, and I was ready to dislike the character from what I heard here, but I thought he was pretty good, actually. But I'm the person who likes Scooby Doo better with Scrappy than without, so I know my opinion won't reflect that of most folks! I won't count on...

The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland: A look back

I actually laughed out loud at that! :) Right on! And for that exact reason that you said, that it feels too much like "Elmo's World" which of course seems based on "Blue's Clues" with the whole asking for help thing. (If another show did that first, I'm not sure.)

You're welcome! I liked it too! :D Thanks for the reply.

    Remembering Richard Hunt

Very cool! Thanks! :D Seeing Elmo performed by Richard will be a nice bonus to hearing from Kevin about his Elmo experience!

    The Chipmunks

You may be a fan and/or like the parts he played in the films, but can you really say he saved the films? (If you can, that's cool:)-I'm not saying it's not possible) Myself, I've known films where a fave actor of mine was in it, and they were great, but that still didn't save the film :concern:

The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland: A look back

Although it (obviously) wasn't a masterpiece like "Follow That Bird" (not even close!) I thought it was fun and entertaining enough as a film, and I liked that Ernie and Bert cut in now and then. I really liked the song Mandy Patinkin sang - "First I take it/then I make it miiiiiiine!"...

    The Smurf's Triumphant return!

I thought the Cos would be loved here at Muppet Central  I love Bill Cosby, period. I don't think he's lost his touch, and I think his plan for Fat Albert the show in general should be praised - and how wonderful it turned out with Lou S and the rest of the Filmation team!

    The Smurf's Triumphant return!

Aww, I like Ghost Dad! Or at least I did. Haven't seen it isince it was new. As for the Fat Albert script though: If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me, but can't a script change a lot after it's first written (and yet the folks who edit it don't get their names on it) while the original...

Sesame street pez what I think could have been

I totally agree with you! Though I must say, nothing against "Put Down The Duckie" but I would want Ernie to sing "Do De Rubber Duck"! :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fc5T06SsnkA

    Lots of MUP3's, Wanna Trade?

Munching Forest: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=W4RE9LB0 Taken from the DVD, not youtube. I don't know which sounds better, since I haven't compared them, but it's a great song from a great movie! Are there any other songs where Jerry Nelson raps? Video here...

What song does the Count get into the most?

Which song does The Count get into the most? I was thinking it might be "I Love A Waltz"! But he's an excitable fellow when counting is involved, and that's what his songs are about, so I'm sure there are other contenders!:batty:

    The Chipmunks

I think it's pretty funny though! :) I mean, I won't shed tears for 20th Century Fox, after all. Their "modernizing" of these films is what made them not live up to the Chipmunks from the single of "The Chipmunk Song" up to "Alvin & The Mini-Munks". Now I know not everyone likes A&TMM due to the...
