I was just downloading that ISO, but it stopped for me. I'm downloading a .DIVX version, and that might be widescreen. We'll have to wait and see. :P

Those captions cannot be removed. They are burned into the video. I'll keep looking though.

I don't believe permission is needed as long as no money is made from it, and the creator (Jim Henson) is credited. I could be wrong though, so I'll look it up later today.

It'll be a non-profit movie, but the movie will go directly to YouTube. It will be like a regular movie, but will be on YouTube instead of in movie theaters. I'll PM you guys now. :)
