? You have to watch yourself here because your stuff is in the style of Henson. You can run into trademark infringement which is different. Even the t-shirt design with the image of your one characters face on the center of the t-shirt is much in the style of the Muppet shirts that are out...

Memory foam on the top of the handgrip- inside- I could see. But for the bottom you need something more rigid to provide stability and allow your hand to "curve" over it. I find memory foam looses it's memory after a while and becomes like ordinary foam.

The right eye is higher. I would make the eye smaller both in width and length- Not a huge amount but by about 1/2 inch or so. The pupils I would move them in close to the nose just a bit....without moving the eye part...if that makes sense. LOLbasically just move the pupil in a smiggin'.
