Yep. Maybe the Electric Mayhem was watching the show since their own Animal was in it. :halo:
But I'm not sure who it is that says "HUH?" It might be either Baby Piggy or Baby Gonzo. Their "Huh?"s sound similar
You know, I think if Laurie O' Brien was unavailable to voice Baby Piggy, Russi Taylor could easily fill in the role. Her voice is a bit similar to Russi's Minnie Mouse, and when Piggy gets angry it sounds strangely similar to Baby Gonzo ;)
Right. With a recorded version of the parade, I can just fast forward through most of that stuff and get to the balloons and other stuff I like. Though I did like the Grinch broadway segment. I wonder which Muppets will be riding on the Sesame Street Float this year anyways? And it's good to see...
I am going to record the NBC presentation of the parade, so I can fast-forward during those useless Broadway performances
And every year, they have that turkey in a pilgrim's outfit and they do a New Years' Eve-style countdown to start it, but at one, they go "Let's have a...
For those interested, here are the lyrics to the Little Muppet Monsters opening...
CHORUS: Muppet Babies, and Little Monsters too!
Welcome to our house, there's lots of fun for you!
(Cue Muppet Babies opening clip)
BABY SCOOTER: I've got my computer...
BABY SKEETER: I flip through the...
In the second season they DID continue using the first season opening. Also, that clip with the Muppets as the Wizard of Oz characters (predating the 2005 TV movie) during that intro was made for the opening sequence. They did a similar scene in a Season 2 episode, which was also shown during...
Today, I finally got to see the Fairy Tale Emergency episode in full (the infamous non-Elmo's World "Rock paper scissors shoot! Paper, paper. Tieeeeeeeeee!" episode) As I said, the Big Bad Wolf's voice in that one (I found out it was none other than Tyler Bunch, thanks Muppet Wiki!) doesn't...
This may be just an eerie coincidence, but the Inspector Gadget episode "The Coo-Coo Clock Caper" has a scene at the end where a clock tower graphically collapses, and it reminds me of the News Flash segment about "Hickory Dickory Dock" with the horse destroying the clock. :D
I've noticed that over the years of the "Muppet Babies," one thing that has evolved was the closing credit sequence. There were many differences, and I will post the versions I know:
SEASON ONE:
The shortest of the closing sequences, it starts on the shot of Baby Kermit and Piggy as...
On the 100th episode clip show, they showed the clips of the "Wrong-sounding Muppets" (just the part with them backstage and Kermit's dull "yay"), and Cookie Monster in rehab (the part with him in the room with the doctors). Even though the rehab part was funny, they got Cookie Monster a bit...
I've noticed about the zero episode, that worm professor only just babbled in the "Slimey to the Moon" episodes from 1998, but here he speaks perfect English! Also, I found the Zero's voice a bit annoying. (No offense to those Joey Mazzarino fans. :halo: )
I seem to prefer the 2002-present "Elmo's World" segments, and besides, I'm used to seeing it as part of the show now, at least on 2000s-era episodes. But I do think that the new eMail segments are better than the old "made a video with THIS camera" segments. In those ones, Elmo seemed like he...
I say they should do episodes with the three-to-four-part street story like those two episodes, but include Elmo's World anyway. That can make us fans happy. OR... if there is an Elmo-heavy episode, then don't do Elmo's World. If there is an episode without Elmo in the street scenes or in any...
I dunno. I know the BMI registry calls the Sesame Street News theme music the "Kermit News Theme," but many people refer to it as Sesame Street News or Sesame Street News Flash.
BTW, cool sketch list, even though is only one bonus Super Grover skits. And I was also expecting the bonus News...
OK, ever since the "Upstairs, Downstairs" Monsterpiece Theater classic has been re-uploaded to Youtube, this has started an odd debate. JonnyTBird and a few others claim that it is from 1978 and the first Monsterpiece Theater made, according to the packaging of an Alistair Cookie doll...
Finally, there will be the full Telephone Rock on DVD. And it's nice to see an uncut News Flash that ISN'T going to be one already released on the "Big Bird's Story Time" video (like the "Rapunzel" and "Humpty Dumpty" skits).
