We are celebrating a joyous occasion. I will remain at peace. I will not BEAT HARRY WITH A STICK!...ahem....Peeeaaaccceeee
That's awesome. I hope we could get soemthing like that going whereI work sometime.
I was thinking today about the stuff we've been talking about about MTM and the more that I think or it the more I can see reasons why it's wouldn't be cannon (though on the surface it stills appears to be to...
I really really want to put this in the "Most Touching Muppet Moment" thread but I'm afraid of giving away spoilers.
Did anyone else go awww when Floyd gave Animal his old drumsticks and told him he'd been holding onto them for all those years?
*ahem*
I propose a toast, to a great movie, the wonderful people who made it, the wonderful fans who are around to enjoy it, and the wonderful man who started the whole thing.

I'm with the people who liked all the Piggy Kermit stuff in it (though I still think they got married in MTM). But I always like the parts of the movies where they talk about their relationship because it shows that it's more than a high emotion slapstick plot excuse.
I turned it on this morning because there wasn't anything else one and I quite enjoyed it. I remember when I was a kid I sorta liked it when I first saw it then just ended up really hating it for some reason over time. I think it was the way I understood the characters at that time, because I...
One thing I remember thinking was that I liked the human element of the movie. One thing I've found about the Muppet Movies that I'm not as fond of are that I don't really like the human performers in them. I thought the human actors in this were great and comlimented the muppets very well.
