    The Muppet Mindset

That article is TOTALLY relevant - it backs up the recent anti-poser article. Those photos are a sterling example of why real Muppets always photograph better than posers - no matter how realistic the build, flexible the material, or talented the photographer, you just can't pull that kind of...

    Who has a Blog?

Raises hand I do - i do! And it's (mostly) Muppety! But then anyone who's seen my signature know this anyway. It's been on hold til i have a permanent new full time job (technically i've had a full time job for nearly two months but it's certainly not permanent - they're very "fire-happy"...

    Muppet King Arthur

Even though there's no indication TMS #3 got delayed a week anywhere (including Boom's website), TMS #3 was on the new releases shelf today along with Muppet King Arthur #3 and Farscape (ongoing) #5.

...and speaking of clothes... You know you're an OMF when your closet contains more Muppet clothing than pairs of pants that still fit.

    The RHLC!

Though i'd post my observation on this here than in a Boom! thread, but i'm finding it really interesting how in Roger Langridge's Muppet Show Comic Books, his Statler sometimes tend to more actually resemble Richard Hunt more than the puppet - take a look at the Statler and Waldorf page...

Your Thoughts: The Muppet Show Comic Book

Well as i posted in another Boom thread, even though all indications (including Boom's website) seemed to indicate TMS #3 came out last week and wasn't pushed back, i didn't find a copy in two different comic shops i checked out (which was the first time i wasn't able to find a copy at one or...

Your Thoughts: The Muppets on NBC's Christmas in Rockefeller Center

YAY! Even though it's not the copy i tracked down, i'm excited fans are finally seeing this! Because i love Richard's Janice and especially when she would sing, i was SO nervous about what would happen when it came time for Janice to sing again (whoever was performing her) but i was so...

Your Thoughts: The Muppets on NBC's Christmas in Rockefeller Center

Thanks Stulz, i checked with my tape trade partner and all is well so if there's problems with your putting the video online, my copy should hopefully be up soon.

    Muppet King Arthur

Has anyone? I haven't seen any discussion of it here (aside from on the preview pages) and when i did my comic shopping last week, i picked up my copy of Farscape: D'Argo's Quest 4 but both places i looked didn't have TMS On the Road 3. At first i thought both places were sold out (though that...

Should we credit Kermit as a guest star

Hey, if Heather Locklear could have been in all seven seasons of the original Melrose Place as a main character (many would say The Star) and be credited as a "Special Guest Star" throughout her entire run, Kermit can carry the title for Sesame Street. Just so long as he doesn't start wearing...

Pre-Order "Dog City: The Movie" on DVD

I wouldn't be surprised if an episode or two of the animated Dog City showed up as a bonus feature.

    The Random Fun Facts Thread

On the subject of celebrity redhead funfax... Annie Lennox's (whose natural hair color is blondish brown as seen in the Whiter Shade of Pale video) famous bright red color first seen be many in Eurythmics' infamous Sweet Dreams video was the result of a "failed" experiment with henna. Before...

Your Thoughts: The Muppets on NBC's Christmas in Rockefeller Center

Wondering this myself - it's been a month and a half now since i sent someone a copy that he was going to post online in a tape trade and thus far not only has it not been put online but i've yet to see my end of the tape trade reach my mailbox...

Your favorite line in all of Farscape is "Hello, Cookie Monster!" You planted sesame seeds at one point in your life hoping to grow your very own Sesame Street. You see someone get a bad face lift and think to yourself, "wow, did he ever get Herry Monstered!"

Hey, if one "fights fire with fire" why not "ice with ice?" Just don't forget the igg glue.

    All Members: Review the Rules

Very good and indeed i agree - everyone should review the rules from time to time so here i go... Generally well written though the climax felt a little rushed and cliched. I also felt maybe there could have been a bit more romance and less action but still a fun little romp overall.

    Way Too Cool Comic News!

Boom! Comics' Farscape line doesn't get much coverage here or on other Muppet/Henson fan sites compared with the Muppet comics which is such a shame given how absolutely wonderful they are (though i can also understand the lack of discussion here since they are canon continuations of the...
